Use

On wet hair and body, dose the appropriate amount of body/hair bath into the palm of one hand. With the fingers of the other hand, gradually take the product and apply it to both the scalp and the skin, massaging in circular motions. Massage for a couple of minutes until a creamy lather forms. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
